Week 9 EOC: The Apartment

Sexually and Workplace Harassment;
Maid/Housekeeper checking guy out when bent over
Quid Pro Quo conversation took place with main guy
Lady on the elevator made remarks
Personal business and company time
Secretary listening in on call
Boss wants to use Baxter apartment for his plans and offered him tickets to show
Offered job to Baxter in exchange for his keys to his apartment
Baxter asked co-worker sexual preference
Stalking like mannerism looking up other employees address and personal information without consent
Boss met with lady Baxter was talking to at dinner, probably has devious plans
She already had 2 Flings with the Boss while wife and kids were away
Lady from the office saw the Boss and employee together out to eat
Lady used that as leverage
Guys (other workers) bugging Baxter about his apartment
Everyone seems to be doing everything but working!
Baxter dirtied his reputation to protect Frans
Baxter and Frans ended up quitting and becoming involved with eachother

Week 8 EOC: 95'

Work Place Issues that took place in this film from my observation were;
The trainer is being forced to be a mentor
Not promoted from the inside
Worker said that she is going to hate it there
Administrative person not describing job responsibilities
Demeaning like mannerism from the boss
Unprofessional vocabulary
Down playing previous employees
Boss asking employee to do a job that is not her responsibility
Sexual harassment
Flirting with employee (misleading information)
Bribing employee (whose married at that) for a date
Forgery
Office rumors
Lack of training causing negative situation on job
Boss stole employees ideas and presented to president of the company as his own
Employee got disrespectful with Boss
Boss lying about sleeping with employee
Fired employee out of anger and retaliation
They wanted a man for a boss (sexist)
Employee threatened boss though he provoked it
Poor communication
Boss tries to use the girls trying to kill him as leverage to get another employee in bed
Boss has been embezzling from company
Girls holding him hostage
However while holding Boss hostage the girls managed to create a much better work environment
